Delivery Policy
The Oxygen Company offers free delivery on online orders over R1,000 within South Africa. Orders below this amount incur a R300 flat-rate shipping fee. For manual (quotation) orders, a flat fee of R300 applies.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment clears via EFT, or Online Card Payment. No orders will be shipped until funds are fully cleared. For urgent orders, we recommend using immediate EFT payment.

Equipment Assessment & Repairs Delivery Policy
Customers may request third-party courier services at their own cost. The Oxygen Company is not liable for transit damages. Secure packaging is the customer’s responsibility. Unclaimed equipment may incur storage fees, and after three months, it may be sold or discarded to recover costs.
Late Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, as per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel the order within 14 days. The product must be returned in its original condition, and a refund will be processed.
Stock Shortages
If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund, extended delivery period, or alternative product. Vouchers redeemed for unavailable products will be reissued.
Returns & Refunds
Non-Defective Products
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns are at the company’s discretion.
If you received the incorrect product, do not open or use it. Contact us immediately at 010 006 9065, 073 466 0883, or info@theoxygencompany.co.za. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, returns are allowed only if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
Defective Products & Warranty
All machines are manufacturer-tested before dispatch. Manufacturer warranties apply but exclude damages due to accidents, water damage, power surges, misuse, or external factors. Repairs outside warranty are chargeable, including shipping fees.
For defects within 3 months of delivery, return the item for inspection, repair, or replacement, excluding courier costs. Sale items are non-refundable and can only be repaired. If a returned product is found not defective, the customer bears all related costs.
Supplier’s Warranty
Some products carry manufacturer warranties, as stated in the product listings. Only the warranty explicitly mentioned applies.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
On-sale items
Hygiene-sensitive products, including CPAP masks, tubing, nasal cannulas, humidifier bottles, oxygen masks, filters, and wearable items (if opened)
Products altered, repaired, or modified without authorization
Rental equipment provided during warranty repairs
Return Process
Email info@theoxygencompany.co.za for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Securely pack the item to prevent damage.
Once the return clears our inspection, refunds are processed via the original payment method (EFT or Credit Card) within 10 business days or credited to your account.
Fraud Prevention
The Oxygen Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse transactions suspected of fraud, with prompt customer notification. Refunds will be issued only for successful and verified payments.

Johannesburg: Delivery within 24 hours. Place your order and complete payment before 12:00 pm for same-day delivery.
Outside Johannesburg: Delivery within 2-3 working days.

Shipping Destinations:
We deliver across South Africa and to other African countries.
Customers outside South Africa need to arrange their own courier for cross-border shipments.
Shipping Costs:
Johannesburg: R150 flat rate.
Outside Johannesburg: R300 flat rate.
Free Shipping: All orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery nationwide.
