What Our Clients Say

It is very rare these days to deal with a company that is so professional. This company is The Oxygen Company! From the time I made my first phone call to them, which was answered promptly by a polite consultant, I received the most outstanding service from Prince. He listened to my concerns about purchasing an oxygen unit for my husband with complete knowledge of the product but, also with understanding and empathy. He also came to our home and gave a comprehensive demonstration to my husband and myself and answered all our questions. Then, going out of his way, he agreed to meet me in Johannesburg, as I was coming from Centurion for an appointment on the Saturday to hand over the unit we purchased. What more can I say, that alone will illustrate how fantastic this company is! Five star service from start to finish. A big thank you to Prince and the Management of the Oxygen Company for ALL your wonderful service! B. Pretorius

I bought a Pre-owned DevilBiss Oxygen Concentrator machine from The Oxygen Company, the machine is in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase. However, what stands out was the fantastic customer service received from Prince. He personally delivered the machine and took his time to assist me setting up the machine. I can unreservedly recommend The Oxygen Company for all your domestic oxygen needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Prince who was absolutely amazing from my first call. I didn't have to wait for anything, the old oxygen machine gave up on the day delivery was due. I called Prince and explained my problem he checked if we had a back up solution until he got there and gave some suggestions. Prince is very knowledgeable and really cares about all his customers. Great buying experience! Whatsapp responses were super responsive, which is great because I cannot always take phone calls during the day. The person helping me was great. He was very patient, addressed all my questions, and was very helpful. After payment was made, I was kept up to date on delivery, tracking details and a follow-up message to confirm receipt. Called on a Saturday which is after business hours and received a message from them asking when was the best time to call. I received a call back and explained my situation that I needed oxygen at home after being released from hospital the day before. The employee made an immediate arrangement to come out to my house the same afternoon.
He arrived with 2 machines and after deciding which was the best unit it was set up and working.
I then did an EFT to pay for the unit. This service cannot be rivalled and in order to do business on Facebook check the address and phone numbers to know who you’re dealing with.
The oxygen company put all the details on the advert which made it easy to communicate and get into contact with the company 👍😃

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Mr Prince of the Oxygen Company.
I contacted him in December for an oxygen concentrator.
He had units available, but due to my other commitments I was unable to follow up with him.
I did in January and his patience and professionalism in dealing with me to meet my wife's needs was exemplary.
He brought the unit I requested to my home and spent considerable time with my wife, to ensure that she was comfortable in using the unit.
I am very impressed with his service and his expertise, and look forward to a long relationship with him and his company, for the maintenance and servicing of the Devilbiss Five Concentrator.

We purchased an Oxygen Concentrator from Prince Chakawata representing the Oxygen Company. The service given by Prince during delivery and installation was superb and also in quickly attending to minor adjustments after installation. He really ' walked the extra mile'. So far, the machine is working well.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Prince and his Company to anyone who is contemplating using their service. We wish him well.

We are incredibly thankful to Prince from Oxygen for his exceptional support and dedication in helping us understand everything we needed to know about the concentrator for our four-year-old son. He went above and beyond, explaining how it works and how it’s compatible with the AIRVO high-flow machine that our son uses. Prince took the time to walk us through every detail, even offering assistance late at night. He was very considerate and always available to help, whether by phone or messaging. His commitment to ensuring we felt comfortable and informed was truly invaluable. Thank you, Prince, for your kindness and expertise!
