I had good communication from the get go. The quotation return wqs quick. I did get another qoute also, but The Oxygen Company had yhe best price and delivery cost. They delivered with the Courier guy and commented with me regarding the delivery. I would recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Prince who was absolutely amazing from my first call. I didn't have to wait for anything, the old oxygen machine gave up on the day delivery was due. I called Prince and explained my problem he checked if we had a back up solution until he got there and gave some suggestions. Prince is very knowledgeable and really cares about all his customers. This was a really blessed experience

It was my pure luck I contacted your company and dealt with Prince. my mom relies on oxygen and lost the sponge out of her concerntrator. Prince came to our house with a sponge and a filter change. What fantastic and professional service especially since it was after hours

Called on a Saturday which is after business hours and received a message from them asking when was the best time to call. I received a call back and explained my situation that I needed oxygen at home after being released from hospital the day before. The employee made an immediate arrangement to come out to my house the same afternoon.
He arrived with 2 machines and after deciding which was the best unit it was set up and working.
I then did an EFT to pay for the unit. This service cannot be rivalled and in order to do business on Facebook check the address and phone numbers to know who you’re dealing with.
The oxygen company put all the details on the advert which made it easy to communicate and get into contact with the company 👍😃
